How do I create an account on Bakla Free?

To create an account, simply navigate to the Bakla Free Marketplace website www.bakla.ug and click on the "SELL" button on top right hand side. Follow the prompts to provide your business details, contact information, Business Name, location, contact number to set up your account.

How do I upload my products or services?

After logging in, you can access your account dashboard and find an option to "Add New products." Provide accurate details about your products or services, including high-quality images up to 10, descriptions, pricing, and any other relevant information.

Is it free to list products or services on Bakla Marketplace?

Yes, listing your products or services on Bakla Marketplace is completely free of charge.

How can buyers find my products or services?

Buyers can search for products or services using the search bar on the Bakla Marketplace website. They can also browse through categories and use filters to narrow down their choices.

Can I customize my seller profile?

Absolutely. You can personalize your seller profile by adding a logo, banner, business description, whatsapp number, social handles,  website url and other relevant information to showcase your brand and offerings.

How can I communicate with potential buyers?

Bakla Marketplace allows you to communicate directly with potential buyers through the phone number you registered with. once they get interest in your product/services, they pick your number and call or message you. You can respond to inquiries, provide additional information, and negotiate terms when they contanct you. Bakla simply connects the buyer to the seller.

Is there a rating or review system for sellers?

Yes, Bakla Free Marketplace includes a rating and review system where buyers can leave feedback about their experiences with sellers. Positive reviews can help build trust and attract more buyers.

How do I handle transactions and payments?

Bakla Marketplace does not directly handle transactions or payments. Sellers and buyers are responsible for arranging payments and transactions independently. You can specify your preferred payment methods and details in your product or service listings.

Is there a mobile app for Bakla?

As of now, Bakla Marketplace is accessible through web browsers on desktop and mobile devices. However, plans for a mobile app are on the way and will be available in the near future.
